Premanjali is the sacred music project of husband-and-wife duo Elise and Charlie from Devon, UK, creating contemporary devotional music where the soulful storytelling of English folk meets the timeless practice of mantra and kirtan. Received during their marriage ceremony, the name Premanjali means “an offering of divine love,” reflecting the intention behind all they create and share.
Blending Elise’s rich vocals, guitar and harmonium with Charlie’s handpans, percussion and drums, alongside contemporary production and the devotional spirit of Bhakti Yoga, they create music that is both deeply rooted and unmistakably their own. Inspired by nature, community and the universal language of love, their songs invite listeners to slow down, sing together and reconnect with the heart.
Through their concerts, kirtan gatherings and retreats Premanjali's intention is to create music that opens the heart and reminds us of our shared humanity.

Elise is a singer-songwriter working in folk and devotional music, a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher with nearly two decades of teaching experience, a trained life coach, and Heart Meditation facilitator. She has been holding women’s circles for the past 10 years and performs internationally, sharing her music and teaching at retreats, workshops, and events.
